You and LifeMetrics agree to resolve disputes individually—not as part of a class or representative action.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@lifemetrics.com with “Arbitration Opt-Out” in the subject line.
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we’ll post a notice on our website. Continued use of our sites after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
